The ABB Sentry SSR20MP Safety Relay is designed for monitoring two-hand devices, offering a versatile solution with 3NO+1NC relay outputs. It operates within a wide supply voltage range of 85-265 VAC/120-375 VDC and features convenient push-in spring terminals for easy installation. This safety relay allows for manual or automatic reset, selectable via a switch on the front panel, providing flexibility in operation.
Sentry safety relays are engineered to support various safety applications up to PLe / SIL3 standards. The basic models ensure reliable supervision of simpler safety functions, while the universal models deliver advanced features and high flexibility. For enhanced usability, models with displays offer preset configurations and detailed information to simplify troubleshooting.
Additional variants include a high accuracy timer function with a precision of ± 1% and an adjustable time setting range from 0-999 seconds. With a high output current capacity of up to 6 A, the need for an intermediary contactor is often eliminated. The multi-reset feature allows up to 10 safety relays to be connected to a single reset light-button. All models are available with detachable push-in or screw terminals, and accessories such as terminals and coding kits for marking removed terminals are also available.
