Order Status

Log in for Current Order Status and Receipts

Please refer to the below for an explanation of your order status. You will receive an email each time your order status changes and you can find your current order status in your account.

Processing - Your credit card has been authorized but not yet charged. This allows us to verify the availability of your order and contact you should the lead time be longer than 48 hours to ship. 

Awaiting Shipment - Your order has been processed by Automation Distribution and is awaiting shipment. 

Shipped - Your order has shipped.
