Description
The Baumer FHDM 12N5001 10234165 is a background suppression sensor with a sensing distance ranging from 15 to 300 mm and a quick response time of less than 1 ms. It features a pulsed red LED light source with a wavelength of 660 nm and a mechanical adjustment of up to 5 turns for precise sensing distance control. The sensor operates on a 10 to 30 VDC voltage supply and has a maximum current consumption of 35 mA. It includes both light and dark operating modes, an NPN output circuit, and can handle an output current of up to 100 mA. Safety features include short circuit and reverse polarity protection.
