The Baumer FKDK 14G6901/S14 is a diffuse contrast sensor designed for precise detection with a sensing distance of 12.5 mm ±2 mm. It features a white LED light source and dual LED indicators (green for power and yellow for output status). This sensor offers a quick response time of less than 0.05 ms and includes teach-in sensitivity adjustment for easy setup. It operates with a voltage supply range of 18 to 30 VDC and has a maximum current consumption of 50 mA. The sensor is equipped with push-pull output function and can handle an output current of up to 100 mA. Safety features include short circuit and reverse polarity protection. The compact, rectangular plastic housing (ASA, MABS) with a PMMA front optics measures 14.8 mm in width, 43 mm in length, and 31 mm in depth. It comes with an M12 4-pin connector and is rated IP 67, making it suitable for harsh environments. Operating temperatures range from -25 to +65 °C.
