It features a repeat accuracy of 0.02 mm and a linearity error of ±120 µm. The sensor is designed to handle temperature drifts of ±5% (Full Scale) and has a rapid response time of less than 1 ms. It operates on a voltage supply range of 12 to 30 VDC with a maximum current consumption of 8 mA when unloaded. The output circuit is analog 0 to 10 VDC, suitable for load resistances over 4000 Ohm.
