Baumer IFBR 11P33T1/L-9 11014613 is a non-flush, cylindrical smooth sensor with a nominal sensing distance of 6 mm and a hysteresis range of 2 to 15% of Sr. It features a red LED output indicator and operates with a PNP break function (NC) output circuit. The sensor is designed for hygienic applications, complying with multiple regulations including Ecolab, EHEDG, and various EC and EU regulations, as well as FDA standards. It supports a switching frequency of 1 kHz and can handle a voltage supply range of 6 to 30 VDC with a maximum current consumption of 10 mA. The output current is 200 mA, reducing to less than 100 mA at cleaning temperatures. It includes short circuit and reverse polarity protection. The housing is made of stainless steel 1.4404 (V4A) and LSR, with an LCP sensing face, and is connected via a 2-meter PVC cable. The sensor operates between -40 to +80 °C and can withstand cleaning temperatures of 80 to +100 °C for up to 30 minutes per day. It is rated IP 68/69K and proTect+ for high-level protection against dust and water ingress.
