Description
The Baumer IFFM 08N3701/O1S35L 10240396 is a flush-mounted inductive sensor with a nominal sensing distance of 2 mm and a hysteresis range of 3 to 20% of Sr. It features a red LED output indicator and operates at a switching frequency of 5 kHz. The sensor is powered by a voltage supply range of 6 to 36 VDC and has a maximum current consumption of 12 mA when no load is present. It includes an NPN break function (NC) output circuit with a voltage drop of less than 2 VDC and an output current capacity of 200 mA. Enhanced with both short circuit and reverse polarity protection, this sensor is designed with a rectangular, die-cast zinc nickel-plated housing and a PBT sensing face. It measures 8 mm in dimension with a housing length of 59.4 mm and includes an M8 connector type. Suitable for operating temperatures ranging from -25 to +75 °C, it is IP 67 certified for protection against dust and water ingress.
