Description
The Baumer IFRM 04N17A3/PL 11082433 is a flush-mounted inductive sensor with a nominal sensing distance of 1.6 mm and a hysteresis range of 2 to 20% of Sr. It features a red LED output indicator and operates at a switching frequency of 3 kHz. The sensor is powered by a voltage supply range of 6 to 30 VDC and has a maximum no-load current consumption of 12 mA. It includes an NPN make function (NO) output circuit with a voltage drop of less than 2 VDC and an output current of 100 mA. The sensor is equipped with short circuit and reverse polarity protection. Its cylindrical smooth design is made from LCP for the sensing face and stainless steel for the housing, measuring 4 mm in diameter and 20 mm in length. It connects via a 2-meter cable and operates within a temperature range of -25 to +75 °C. The sensor is rated IP 67 for protection against dust and immersion.
