Baumer IFRM 05N15A1/L 10144589 is a flush-mounted inductive sensor with a nominal sensing distance of 1 mm and adjustable hysteresis between 2 to 20% of Sr. It features a red LED output indicator and operates at a switching frequency of 5 kHz. The sensor is powered by a voltage supply range of 6 to 30 VDC and has a maximum current consumption of 12 mA with no load. It includes an NPN make function (NO) output circuit, with a voltage drop of less than 2 VDC and an output current capacity of 200 mA. Enhanced with short circuit and reverse polarity protection, this sensor is designed with a cylindrical threaded housing made of stainless steel and an LCP sensing face. It measures 5 mm in diameter and 25 mm in length, and it connects via a 2-meter cable. The sensor can be tightened with a maximum torque of 2 Nm (front: 1.4 Nm) and operates within a temperature range of -25 to +75 °C. It is IP 67 rated for protection against dust and immersion.
