The Baumer IFRM 05N17A1/S35L 11082480 is a flush-mounted, cylindrical threaded proximity sensor with a nominal sensing distance of 1.6 mm and adjustable hysteresis of 2 to 20% of Sr. It features a 3-port red LED output indicator and operates at a switching frequency of 3 kHz. The sensor is powered by a voltage supply range of 6 to 30 VDC and has a maximum no-load current consumption of 12 mA. It includes an NPN make function (NO) output circuit with a voltage drop of less than 2 VDC and an output current of 100 mA. Enhanced with short circuit and reverse polarity protection, it is built from stainless steel with an LCP sensing face. The sensor measures 5 mm in diameter and 45 mm in housing length, and it connects via an M8 connector. It can be tightened with a maximum torque of 2 Nm (Front: 1.4 Nm) and operates within a temperature range of -25 to +75 °C. The sensor is IP 67 rated for protection against dust and immersion.
