Description
Baumer IFRM 05P37A1/PL 11082475 is a flush-mounted inductive sensor with a nominal sensing distance of 1.6 mm and adjustable hysteresis of 2-20% of Sr. It features a red LED output indicator and operates at a switching frequency of 3 kHz. The sensor is powered by a voltage supply range of 6-30 VDC and has a maximum no-load current consumption of 12 mA. It includes a PNP break function (NC) output circuit with a voltage drop of less than 2 VDC and an output current of 200 mA. Equipped with short circuit and reverse polarity protection, this sensor is designed with a cylindrical threaded body made of stainless steel and an LCP sensing face. It measures 5 mm in diameter and 25 mm in housing length, and it connects via a 2-meter cable. The sensor can be tightened with a maximum torque of 2 Nm (front: 1.4 Nm) and operates within a temperature range of -25 to +75 °C. It is rated IP 67 for protection against dust and water ingress.
