Baumer IFRM 08N37A3/S35L 10142598 is a flush-mounted inductive sensor with a nominal sensing distance of 2 mm and a hysteresis range of 3 to 20% of Sr. It features a 3-port LED red output indicator and operates at a switching frequency of 5 kHz. The sensor is powered by a voltage supply range of 6 to 36 VDC and has a maximum current consumption of 12 mA with no load. It includes an NPN break function (NC) output circuit, with a voltage drop of less than 2 VDC and an output current of 200 mA. The sensor is equipped with short circuit and reverse polarity protection. Its cylindrical threaded design is made from stainless steel with a PBT sensing face, and it measures 8 mm in diameter and 36 mm in housing length. The sensor connects via an M8 connector and requires a maximum tightening torque of 10 Nm (Front: 7 Nm). It operates within a temperature range of -25 to +75 °C and is rated at protection class IP 67.
