Baumer IFRM 08P17A4/S35L 10155280 is a flush-mounted inductive sensor with a nominal sensing distance of 2 mm and a hysteresis of 3-20% of Sr. It features a 3-port LED red output indicator and operates at a switching frequency of 5 kHz. The sensor is powered by a voltage supply range of 6-36 VDC and has a maximum current consumption of 12 mA with no load. It includes a PNP make function (NO) output circuit, with a voltage drop of less than 2 VDC and an output current of 200 mA. The sensor offers short circuit and reverse polarity protection. Its cylindrical threaded design is made from stainless steel with a PBT sensing face, measuring 8 mm in diameter and 56 mm in housing length. It connects via an M8 connector and requires a maximum tightening torque of 10 Nm (Front: 7 Nm). The operating temperature range is -25 to +75 °C, and it is rated IP 67 for protection.
