Baumer IWFM 20I9501/S35 10123624 is a flush-mounted inductive sensor with a measuring distance of 2 to 5 mm and a reference distance of 3.25 to 3.75 mm. It features high precision with a repeat accuracy of 0.01 mm and a linearity error of ±100 µm. The sensor operates at a speed of less than 1 mm/ms and has a temperature coefficient of 1 µm/(K mm). It requires a voltage supply range of 15 to 30 VDC and consumes a maximum of 35 mA with no load. The output circuit is analog 4 to 20 mA, supporting load resistances between 500 and 1000 Ohm. It includes short circuit and reverse polarity protection. The sensor's design is rectangular, made from brass nickel-plated housing and PBT sensing face, measuring 20 mm in dimension and 35 mm in housing length. It connects via an M8 connector and operates within a temperature range of 0 to +60 °C. The sensor is IP 67 rated for protection against dust and immersion.
