Description
The Baumer IWRM 18I9511 10230046 is a flush-mounted inductive sensor designed for precision distance measurement within a range of 2 to 5 mm. It features a high repeat accuracy of 0.02 mm and a linearity error of ±100 µm. The sensor operates efficiently with a voltage supply range of 15 to 30 VDC and a maximum current consumption of 35 mA. It outputs an analog signal (4 to 20 mA) and supports load resistances between 500 and 1000 Ohm. The device is equipped with short circuit and reverse polarity protection, ensuring durability and reliability. Constructed with a brass nickel-plated housing and a PBT sensing face, it has a cylindrical threaded design with a dimension of 18 mm and a housing length of 31.5 mm.
