Description
The Baumer IWRM 18U9501 10242814 is a flush-mounted, cylindrical threaded sensor with a measuring distance of 2 to 5 mm and a reference distance of 3.25 to 3.75 mm. It features high precision with a repeat accuracy of 0.02 mm and a linearity error of ±100 µm. The sensor operates at a measuring speed of less than 1 mm/ms and has a temperature coefficient of 1 µm/(K mm). It requires a voltage supply range of 15 to 30 VDC and consumes a maximum of 20 mA with no load. The output circuit provides an analog voltage signal from 1 to 9 VDC, suitable for loads over 1000 Ohm. It includes short circuit and reverse polarity protection, ensuring durability and reliability. The sensor's housing is made of brass nickel-plated material with a PBT sensing face, and it measures 18 mm in diameter and 65 mm in length.
