Description
The Baumer MY-COM A100/80 10251051 is a high-precision mechanical contact sensor featuring a repeat accuracy of 0.001 mm and an activating force of 100 cN. It has a mechanical pre-run/overrun of approximately -/1.5 mm and operates with a frontal direction of approach. This sensor supports a maximum DC voltage of 15 VDC with a switching current of up to 2 mA, and a maximum AC voltage of 24 VAC with a switching current of up to 50 mA. It includes a break function (NC) mechanical output circuit and an activating pin made of zirconium oxide ZrO2. The housing is made of brass nickel-plated, ensuring durability, and has a cylindrical threaded design with dimensions of 8 mm in diameter and 20 mm in length. It connects via an 80 cm cable and operates within a temperature range of -20 to +75 °C. The sensor is rated at IP 50 for protection against dust.
