The Baumer OADM 13I7745/S35A 11017068 is a high-precision optical distance sensor with a measuring range of 60 to 100 mm. It features Teach-in adjustment via button or external control, with a minimum Teach-in range of 4 mm. The sensor is equipped with a green LED for power indication and a red LED to signal a soiled lens. It offers a resolution between 15 and 38 µm and a linearity error of ±0.047 to 0.118 mm. The sensor utilizes a pulsed red laser diode with a wavelength of 650 nm and is classified as a safe Laser class 1 device. It has a fast response and release time of less than 2 ms, operates on a 12 to 28 VDC supply, and consumes a maximum of 100 mA with no load. Output is provided via an analog 4 to 20 mA signal, and it includes short circuit and reverse polarity protection. The compact, rectangular aluminum housing measures 13.4 mm in width, 48.2 mm in height, and 40 mm in depth, with a glass front optics and an M8 4-pin connector. It offers excellent ambient light immunity up to 100 kLux, is rated IP 67 for water and dust resistance, and operates within a temperature range of 0 to +50 °C.
