Description
The Baumer OADR 20I6565/S14F 11040828 is a high-precision optical distance sensor designed for demanding environments, featuring a measuring range of 30 to 130 mm. It is equipped with a washdown design suitable for high-hygiene applications. The sensor offers external adjustment and a teach-in range with a minimum of 3 mm. It includes a green LED for power indication and a red LED to alert when the lens is soiled. The sensor provides a resolution between 5 and 60 µm and maintains linearity error within ±0.015 to 0.2 mm. It emits a line beam with a width of 2 to 1 mm and a height of 3 to 5 mm. The device operates with a pulsed red laser diode at a wavelength of 650 nm and is classified as a laser class 2. It responds quickly with a time of less than 0.9 ms and operates on a voltage supply range of 12 to 28 VDC. The output is analog, offering both 4-20 mA and 0-10 VDC signals, and includes short circuit and reverse polarity protection. The sensor's robust stainless steel housing and PMMA front optics are designed to withstand harsh conditions, certified with IP 69K & proTect+ for maximum protection against dust and water ingress, making it ideal for a wide range of industrial applications.
