The Baumer OXM200-R05A.001 is a versatile laser measurement sensor designed for precision profiling and measurement across a variety of applications. It offers a measurement range of 50 mm and a clearance distance of 100 mm, with a working range between 100 and 150 mm. The sensor can measure multiple parameters including height, line/angle, area, edge, width/gap, and more, with a high resolution of 80 to 120 µm in X-direction and 8 to 15 µm in Z-direction. It features a fast profiling rate of 200 to 800 Hz and delivers accurate results with a repeat accuracy of 4 µm and a linearity deviation of ±0.1% MR. The sensor operates with a red laser (660 nm) and conforms to Laser class 2 safety standards. It supports various output signals and connections, including Ethernet and Power over Ethernet for easy integration.
