The Baumer OXM200-R10A.002 is a versatile laser profile sensor designed for precise measurement across a variety of parameters including height, line/angle, area, edge, width/gap, and more. It features a measurement range of 100 mm and a clearance distance of 150 mm, with a working range of 150 to 250 mm. The sensor provides a field of view between 75 mm and 125 mm and offers high-resolution measurements with 125 to 210 µm in X-direction and 12 to 18 µm in Z-direction at different working distances. It can deliver between 200 to 800 profiles per second, each with 630 pixel points, ensuring detailed and accurate data capture. The device boasts repeat accuracy of 10 µm and a linearity deviation of ±0.1% of the measurement range, with minimal temperature drift of ±0.04% per Kelvin. It operates with a red laser (660 nm) with a maximum power of 21.2 mW, ensuring clear visibility and precision. The laser projects a line 125 mm in length and less than 400 µm in width at the reference distance. For connectivity, it includes an M12, 12-pin, A-coded male electrical connection and an M12 8-pin, X-coded female Ethernet connection, supporting Power over Ethernet (PoE) for flexible and easy installation. The sensor also features multiple output options including 4-20mA, 2-10mA, 0-10V, and 0-5V, along with two push-pull switching outputs. It is equipped with four differential encoder inputs and a trigger input, accommodating a wide range of industrial applications.
