Description
The Baumer OXP200-R05C.004 is a high-precision profile measurement sensor with a measurement range of 50 mm and a clearance distance of 100 mm. It operates within a working range of 100 to 150 mm and offers a field of view between 48 mm and 72 mm. The sensor provides a resolution of 80 to 120 µm in the X-axis and 8 to 15 µm in the Z-axis across the specified working range. It can deliver 200 to 800 profiles per second, each consisting of 580 pixels, ensuring detailed and accurate measurements. The repeat accuracy in the Z-axis is 4 µm, with a linearity deviation of ±0.1% MR and a temperature drift of ±0.04% Sde/K. It features a Class 2 laser with a red wavelength of 660 nm and a maximum power of 21.2 mW. The laser projects a line 72 mm long and less than 100 µm wide at the reference distance. The sensor is powered by a voltage supply range of 18 to 30 VDC and supports Power over Ethernet (PoE). It includes an alarm output and multiple encoder and trigger input options, housed in a robust aluminum case with a glass front cover. Dimensions are 36 mm x 74 mm x 60 mm, and it weighs 270 g. Connections are facilitated via M12, 12-pin, A-coded male for electrical and M12 8-pin, X-coded female for Ethernet.
