Description
The Baumer OXP200-R10C.005 is a high-precision profile measurement sensor with a measurement range of 100 mm and a clearance distance of 150 mm. It operates within a working range of 150 to 250 mm and offers a field of view between 75 mm and 125 mm. The sensor provides a resolution of 125 to 210 µm in the X-axis and 12 to 18 µm in the Z-axis across the specified working range. It can deliver 200 to 800 profiles per second, each consisting of 630 pixels, ensuring detailed and accurate measurements with a repeat accuracy of 10 µm and a linearity deviation of ±0.1% MR. The sensor is equipped with a red laser (660 nm) with a maximum power of 21.2 mW, producing a line shape at the reference distance with a length of 125 mm and width under 400 µm. It supports Power over Ethernet (PoE), has an M12 12-pin A-coded male electrical connection, and an M12 8-pin X-coded female Ethernet connection. The sensor's robust aluminum case and glass front cover are designed for durability, measuring 36 mm x 74 mm x 60 mm and weighing 270 g. It includes features like an alarm output, encoder inputs for enhanced functionality, and trigger input specifications for flexible integration.
