Description
The Baumer UNDK 30U9103/S14 is an ultrasonic sensor designed for precise distance measurement within a range of 100 to 1000 mm. It features high repeat accuracy of 0.5 mm and a resolution of less than 0.3 mm, ensuring detailed and reliable readings. The sensor operates with a quick response and release time of less than 80 ms, and minimal temperature drift of less than 2% at distances up to 1000 mm. It emits at a sonic frequency of 240 kHz and can be easily adjusted via a potentiometer. Visual alignment and status are facilitated by a flashing target indication and a green LED light. This sensor is equipped with a voltage output of 0 to 10 VDC and supports a voltage supply range of 15 to 30 VDC, with a maximum current consumption of 35 mA when idle. It offers output current up to 20 mA and features short circuit and reverse polarity protection, enhancing its durability and reliability. The robust rectangular housing is made from polyester and die-cast zinc, measuring 30 mm in width, 65 mm in length, and 31 mm in depth, and it connects via an M12 connector. Suitable for operating temperatures ranging from -10 to +60 °C, the UNDK 30U9103/S14 is IP 67 rated, ensuring protection against dust and water ingress, making it ideal for a variety of industrial applications.
