Description
The Baumer UZAM 30P6103 10126631 is a high-performance 2-point proximity switch with a scanning range of 100 to 1000 mm. It features a standard version with a typical hysteresis of 4% Sde and a repeat accuracy of 0.5 mm. The device operates with a temperature drift of less than 2% Sde and has response and release times of less than 40 ms. It utilizes a sonic frequency of 240 kHz and includes a Teach-in adjustment and target indication flashing for easier alignment. The output is indicated by green/yellow LEDs, and it operates on a voltage supply range of 12 to 30 VDC with a maximum current consumption of 35 mA. The output circuit is a PNP make function (NO) with an output current of 200 mA and a voltage drop of less than 2 VDC. It also features short circuit and reverse polarity protection. The cylindrical threaded housing is made of brass nickel-plated, measuring 30 mm in width/diameter and 70 mm in height/length, and includes a 2-meter cable connection. Suitable for operating temperatures from -10 to +60 °C, it is IP 67 rated for protection against dust and water ingress.
