Description
The Baumer VS XC800M12X00IP is a high-performance vision sensor featuring a 1/3? CCD monochrome sensor with a resolution of 1280 × 960 px. It supports external illumination with a direct connection through an integrated VeriFlash® flash controller. The device offers two operational modes: a high-resolution mode with up to 32 inspections per second and a high-speed mode with a limited resolution of up to 54 inspections per second. It can handle up to 255 different jobs with 32 features per job. The sensor utilizes Baumer FEX® 4.0 for advanced signal processing and has a defect image memory of 8. It is equipped with a C-mount lens and requires a 24 V ±25% nominal voltage power supply. The power consumption peaks at 42 W with I/O and lighting. It features multiple digital inputs and outputs for various functions including trigger, job selection, and synchronization. Setup is facilitated through an Ethernet connection, and it supports PROFINET, EtherNet/IP™, and TCP/UDP protocols. The device's visualization capabilities are enhanced by a configurable web interface with a MultiViewer function. The sensor's compact design measures 53 mm in width, 99.5 mm in height, and 49.8 mm in depth, weighing less than 300 g. The housing is made of aluminum with a PMMA cover glass.
