SMC CG1H40-PS Replacement Parts Seal Kit
CG1H40-PS is the factory seal kit for the SMC CG1 series round body air cylinder, 40 mm bore. The kit contains the rod seal, piston seal, and tube gasket, plus a 10 g grease pack (GR-S-010), to rebuild a leaking or worn CG1 cylinder and restore sealing without replacing the complete actuator.
The CG1 round body cylinder was discontinued in October 2013 and superseded by the SMC CG1-Z series. Replacement parts remain available to service installed CG1 cylinders; for new designs, cross to the equivalent CG1-Z bore and mounting.
