SMC CG1Y32-PS Replacement Parts Seal Kit
CG1Y32-PS is the factory seal kit for the SMC CG1 series round body air cylinder (smooth cylinder, double acting, single rod), 32 mm bore. The kit contains the rod seal, piston seal, and tube gasket, plus a 10 g grease pack (GR-S-010), to rebuild a leaking or worn CG1 cylinder and restore sealing without replacing the complete actuator.
The CG1 round body cylinder was discontinued in October 2013 and superseded by the SMC CG1-Z series. Replacement parts remain available to service installed CG1 cylinders; for new designs, cross to the equivalent CG1-Z bore and mounting.
