The Leuze CR50-Starterkit (part no. 50126081) is an adapter set for the CR50 series miniature stationary 1D bar code reader, including the CR50 scan engine mounted on a circuit board with Micro USB socket, USB cable, and USB stick containing drivers and documentation. It supports RS232 and USB 2.0 interfaces with operating voltage of 4.5–5.5 V DC, maximum current consumption of 120 mA, and compact dimensions of 14 x 22.5 x 33 mm for integration into space-constrained automation systems. The reader decodes common 1D codes including 2/5 interleaved, Code 39, Code 128, EAN 8/13, UPC A/E, Codabar, and Code 93, with read distances of 50–230 mm and module widths from 5–20 mil; mounting uses two M1.6 threaded inserts, and connections via 12-pin Molex 53398-1271. Suitable for manufacturing, logistics, and quality control applications requiring reliable bar code detection in presentation or trigger modes, with operating temperature range of 0°C to +50°C.
