Datasensing AD1/AP-1A8F Sensors

The Datasensing AD1/AP-1A8F Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M5 standard flush mount, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 0.8mm and an operating distance range of 0 to 0.65mm. They are equipped with a PNP output type and a normally open (NO) output function, ensuring efficient proximity detection with a switching frequency of 5kHz. The sensors operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 100mA. Constructed with a durable AISI303 stainless steel housing and a PBT active head, these sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, offering mechanical protection rated at IP67. They are equipped with a 2m PUR cable for easy connectivity and feature yellow LED indicators for output state visibility. The sensors are designed with multiple protective features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive load protection. With a high repeat accuracy of < 5% and a thermal drift of Sr < 10%, these sensors ensure consistent performance.
