The Datasensing AD1/AP-3A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. With an extremely compact design, these sensors feature a stainless steel housing measuring M5 x 30 mm for cable and 38 mm for plug length, making them ideal for tight spaces. They operate on a voltage range of 10 to 30 Vdc and can handle an output current of up to 100 mA. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED output indicator for easy status monitoring and are fully protected against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection.
These sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 1.5mm and an operating distance of 0 to 1.21mm, with a standard target size of 5x5mm FE360. They have a high switching frequency of 5kHz and maintain repeat accuracy of less than 5% under standard conditions. The sensors are shielded for flush mounting and come with a 2m PVC cable and M8 plug output for versatile connectivity.
Built to withstand harsh environments, the AD1/AP-3A sensors are rated IP67 for mechanical protection and can operate in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. They are compliant with CE and cULus approvals and meet EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2. Additionally, they are resistant to shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards, ensuring durability and long-term performance. Supplied with two M5x0.5 nuts, these sensors are ready for immediate installation in your industrial setup.
