The Datasensing AD1/CN-1A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in demanding environments. These inductive sensors feature an M5 standard flush mount with a nominal sensing distance of 0.8mm and an operating distance of 0 to 0.65mm, making them ideal for proximity detection. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED output indicator for easy status monitoring and are protected against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection.
Constructed with a robust AISI303 stainless steel housing, these sensors are built to withstand harsh conditions, offering an IP67 degree of protection against dust and water ingress. The sensors operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30 Vdc and support a load current of up to 100mA, with a switching frequency of 5kHz. The 2m PVC cable and M8 plug output provide flexible installation options, while the shielded mounting ensures reliable performance.
With a compact design measuring M5 x 30.2mm and weighing just 30g, these sensors are easy to integrate into various applications. They are compatible with standard targets of 5x5mm FE360 and offer correction factors for different materials, including copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. The sensors are CE cULus approved and meet EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
