Datasensing AD1/CP-3F Sensors

The Datasensing AD1/CP-3F Sensors are compact inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. With a nominal sensing distance of 1.5mm and an operating range of 0 to 1.21mm, these sensors are ideal for detecting standard targets of 5x5mm FE360. The sensors feature a robust stainless steel housing and are equipped with a PNP output type with NC output function, ensuring dependable performance in various applications. Operating on a voltage range of 10 to 30 Vdc, these sensors support a load current of up to 100mA and have a low no-load supply current of ? 10mA. The sensors are designed with a yellow LED output indicator for easy status monitoring and are fully protected against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. The AD1/CP-3F Sensors are shielded for mounting and have a switching frequency of 5kHz, making them suitable for high-speed applications. They are built to withstand harsh environments with an IP67 degree of protection and are compliant with EMC standards IEC 60947-5-2. The sensors come with an M8 plug connection and are supplied with two M5x0.5 nuts for secure installation. With a compact design measuring M5 x 0.5 / L = 38.4mm and weighing just 4g, these sensors are easy to integrate into tight spaces.
