The Datasensing AE1/AN-2A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. Featuring an extremely compact design, these sensors come with a robust metal housing and a 360° visible LED status indicator for easy monitoring. With an IP67 housing protection, they are built to withstand harsh environments, and ATEX models are available upon request for specialized needs. The sensors offer complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection.
Available in both standard and long-distance models, the AE1/AN-2A Sensors provide a nominal sensing distance of 2.5mm and an operating distance of 0 to 2.02mm, making them ideal for precise proximity detection. The sensors are equipped with an NPN output type and a NO output function, with a switching frequency of 5kHz, ensuring fast and accurate performance. They operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA.
Constructed from nickel-plated brass with a PBT active head material, these sensors are durable and reliable. They are designed for unshielded mounting and come with a 2m PVC cable for easy installation. The sensors are CE and UR approved, with EMC compatibility according to IEC 60947-5-2 standards. They are also resistant to shocks and vibrations, adhering to IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards, respectively. Supplied with two M8x1 nuts, the AE1/AN-2A Sensors are ready for immediate integration into your system.
