Datasensing AE1/AP-4H Sensors

The Datasensing AE1/AP-4H Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. Featuring an M8 standard no-flush mount, these inductive sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 4mm and an operating distance of 0 to 3.24mm. The robust metal housing, made from nickel-plated brass, ensures durability and protection, with an IP67 rating for resistance against dust and water ingress. The sensor is equipped with a 360° visible LED status indicator for easy monitoring. Engineered for versatility, the AE1/AP-4H supports a range of materials with specific correction factors: copper (0.47), aluminium (0.52), brass (0.58), and stainless steel (0.79). It operates efficiently within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and is protected against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. The sensor's PNP output type and NO output function, combined with a switching frequency of 5kHz, ensure fast and accurate proximity detection. It operates on a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA. The AE1/AP-4H is designed for easy installation with an M12 plug connection and includes two M8x1 nuts for secure mounting.
