The Datasensing AE1/CN-4F Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. These inductive sensors feature an M8 LD unshielded NC/NPN connection, ensuring seamless integration into your systems. With a nominal sensing distance of 4mm and an operating range of 0 to 3.24mm, they are ideal for detecting standard targets of 12x12mm FE360. The sensors boast a robust metal housing with IP67 protection, making them suitable for harsh environments. The 360° visible LED status indicator provides clear operational feedback, while the ATEX models cater to specific safety requirements.
Engineered for durability, these sensors offer complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. They support a wide operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc and can handle load currents up to 200mA. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED output state indicator and have a switching frequency of 5kHz, ensuring fast and accurate performance.
Constructed from nickel-plated brass with a PBT active head, the sensors are designed to withstand temperatures from -25°C to +70°C. They come with two M8x1 nuts for easy mounting and have been tested for vibration and shock resistance according to IEC standards.
