Datasensing AE1/CP-3F Sensors

The Datasensing AE1/CP-3F Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. Featuring an M8 standard flush mount, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 2mm and an operating distance of 0 to 1.62mm, making them ideal for detecting standard targets of 8x8mm FE360. The sensors are equipped with a robust metal housing and a 360° visible LED status indicator, ensuring easy monitoring and durability in harsh environments. With IP67 housing protection, these sensors are resistant to dust and water, making them suitable for challenging conditions. They also come with ATEX models, category 3, available upon request for explosive atmospheres. The sensors provide complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring long-lasting performance. The AE1/CP-3F Sensors feature a PNP output type with a normally closed (NC) output function and a switching frequency of 5kHz. They operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA. The sensors are designed with a nickel-plated brass housing and an active head made of PBT, offering a reliable and sturdy construction. Additional features include a thermal drift of Sr of less than 10%, repeat accuracy of less than 5%, and a hysteresis range of 1 to 20%. The sensors are EMC compatible with IEC 60947-5-2 standards and can withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards. Supplied with two M8x1 nuts, these sensors are easy to install and maintain, making them a versatile choice for various proximity sensing applications.
