Datasensing AH1/AP-4H Sensors

The Datasensing AH1/AP-4H Sensors are compact inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. With a nominal sensing distance of 4mm and an operating range of 0 to 3.24mm, these sensors are ideal for detecting standard targets of 12x12mm FE360. The sensors feature a robust AISI303 stainless steel housing and an active head made of PBT, ensuring durability and resistance to harsh environments. The LED status indicator provides 360° visibility, allowing for easy monitoring of the sensor's output state. These sensors operate on a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA. They are equipped with PNP output type and NO output function, offering a switching frequency of 5kHz. The sensors are designed with complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and protection against inductive loads. The AH1/AP-4H Sensors are unshielded and feature a standard no-flush mount with a diameter of Ø6.5mm and a length of 60mm. They are lightweight, weighing only 5g, and come with an M12 plug connection for easy installation. The sensors are CE and UR approved, with EMC compatibility according to IEC 60947-5-2 standards. They are built to withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards, and offer IP67 mechanical protection, making them suitable for use in demanding environments with operating temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. ATEX models, category 3, are available on request for applications requiring explosion protection.
