The Datasensing AH6/AN-2A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. With an extremely compact size of Ø6.5 mm and a short unshielded body, these inductive sensors are perfect for tight spaces. The metal housing, made from durable AISI303 stainless steel, ensures longevity and resistance to harsh environments. The sensor features a 360° visible LED status indicator for easy monitoring and boasts an IP67 protection degree, making it dust-tight and water-resistant.
These sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 2.5mm and an operating distance of 0 to 2.02mm, with a standard target size of 8x8mm FE360. They are equipped with a NO/NPN output type and a switching frequency of 5kHz, ensuring fast and accurate detection. The sensors are protected against electrical damages with features like short-circuit protection, reverse polarity protection, and impulsive overvoltage protection.
The AH6/AN-2A Sensors are compatible with a wide range of materials, with correction factors for copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. They operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a low no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA. The sensors are designed to withstand temperatures from -25°C to +70°C and are compliant with CE and UR approvals, as well as EMC compatibility standards.
For added convenience, the sensors come with a 2m PVC cable for easy installation. Optional ATEX models for category 3 environments are available upon request, providing additional safety in explosive atmospheres.
