The Datasensing AH6/AP-1A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in compact spaces. With an extremely reduced dimension of Ø6,5 mm and a short shielded body, these inductive sensors are perfect for applications requiring minimal space. The metal housing, crafted from durable AISI303 stainless steel, ensures longevity and robustness, while the 360° visible LED status indicator provides clear operational feedback. Engineered for versatility, the AH6/AP-1A offers a nominal sensing distance of 1.5mm and operates effectively within a range of 0 to 1.21mm. It is compatible with standard targets of 8x8mm FE360 and features a correction factor for various materials, including copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. The sensor maintains high accuracy with a thermal drift of Sr under 10% and repeat accuracy below 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. The AH6/AP-1A is equipped with a PNP output type and NO output function, supporting a switching frequency of up to 5kHz. It operates within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current capacity of ? 200mA. The sensor is designed with comprehensive protection features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and protection against inductive loads. With an IP67 protection degree, the sensor is resistant to dust and water, making it suitable for harsh environments. It is also compliant with CE and UR approvals and meets EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2. The AH6/AP-1A is built to withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards, ensuring reliable performance in demanding conditions.
