The Datasensing AK1/A0-3A Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for a variety of applications. With a nominal sensing distance of 8mm and an operating range of 0 to 6.48mm, these sensors are ideal for precise proximity detection. They feature a standard target size of 24x24mm FE360 and offer correction factors for different materials, including copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state and provide reliable performance with a switching frequency of 150Hz.
Built with a robust nickel-plated brass housing and an active head made of PBT, these sensors are designed for durability and longevity. They are shielded for protection and have a degree of protection rated at IP67, making them suitable for harsh environments. The sensors operate within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and are equipped with short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection.
The AK1/A0-3A models come with a 2m PVC cable connection and are compatible with both NPN and PNP output types, with a normally open (NO) output function. They support an operating voltage of 10 to 30Vdc and can handle a load current of 3 to 100mA. The sensors are CE and UR approved, ensuring compliance with international standards. Supplied with two M18x1 nuts, these sensors are easy to install and maintain, making them a reliable choice for industrial automation and control systems.
