The Datasensing AK1/AN-3H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for a variety of applications. With a nominal sensing distance of 8mm and an operating distance of 0 to 6.48mm, these sensors are ideal for precise proximity detection. They feature a standard target size of 24x24mm FE360 and offer correction factors for different materials, including copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. The sensors exhibit minimal thermal drift and high repeat accuracy, ensuring reliable performance.
These M18 standard flush mount sensors come with an NPN output type and a normally open (NO) output function, supporting a switching frequency of up to 300Hz. They operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 20mA and a load current of ? 400mA. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state and feature short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection.
Constructed with a nickel-plated brass housing and a PBT active head, the sensors are designed for durability and reliability.
