The Datasensing AK1/AP-1A86 Inductive Sensor is a high-performance proximity sensor designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M18 shielded design, this sensor operates with a NO/PNP output type and is equipped with a 5-meter axial PVC cable for versatile installation. It offers a nominal sensing distance of 5mm and an operating range of 0 to 4.05mm, making it ideal for detecting standard targets of 18x18mm FE360. The sensor boasts a correction factor for various materials, including copper (0.40), aluminium (0.48), brass (0.50), and stainless steel (0.86), ensuring accurate detection across different surfaces. Engineered for stability, the sensor maintains a thermal drift of Sr under 10% and a repeat accuracy of less than 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. It features a hysteresis range of 1 to 20% and a switching frequency of 600Hz, providing rapid response times. The sensor operates within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 20mA and a load current capacity of ? 400mA.
