Datasensing AK1/AP-3A8F Sensors

The Datasensing AK1/AP-3A8F Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M18 shielded design, these sensors operate with a nominal sensing distance of 8mm and an operating distance of 0 to 6.48mm. They are equipped with a PNP output type and a normally open (NO) output function, ensuring efficient proximity detection. The sensors are constructed with a durable nickel-plated brass housing and an active head made of PBT, providing robust protection against environmental factors. With a switching frequency of 300Hz and an operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, these sensors are suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. They offer excellent repeat accuracy of less than 5% and a thermal drift of Sr under 10%, ensuring consistent performance. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state visibility and feature comprehensive protection mechanisms, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and protection against inductive loads. The AK1/AP-3A8F Sensors come with a 2m PUR cable for easy installation and are supplied with two M18x1 nuts for secure mounting. They are designed to withstand harsh conditions, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and mechanical protection rated at IP67. Additionally, they comply with CE and UR approvals and meet EMC compatibility standards as per IEC 60947-5-2.
