The Datasensing AK1/CP-3A86 Inductive Sensor is designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. This M18 shielded sensor features a Normally Closed (NC) PNP output with a 5-meter axial PVC cable, ensuring easy installation and connectivity. With a nominal sensing distance of 8mm and an operating range of 0 to 6.48mm, it is ideal for detecting standard targets of 24x24mm FE360. The sensor offers excellent performance with a correction factor for various materials, including copper (0.40), aluminum (0.45), brass (0.50), and stainless steel (0.75). Engineered for stability, it boasts a thermal drift of Sr less than 10% and repeat accuracy under 5% at 24V and 23°C. The sensor's hysteresis ranges from 1 to 20%, and it operates at a switching frequency of 300Hz. It supports an operating voltage of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 20mA and a load current of ? 400mA. The output voltage drop is minimal at ? 1V @400mA, and it features a yellow LED indicator for output state. Built for durability, the sensor includes short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive load protection.
