Datasensing AK6/AP-1H Sensors

The Datasensing AK6/AP-1H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for a variety of applications. With a nominal sensing distance of 5mm and an operating distance of 0 to 4.05mm, these sensors are ideal for precise proximity detection. They feature a standard target size of 18x18mm FE360 and offer correction factors for different materials, including copper (0.36), aluminium (0.43), brass (0.49), and stainless steel (0.80). The sensors exhibit a thermal drift of Sr of less than 10% and a repeat accuracy of less than 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. The AK6/AP-1H models are equipped with a PNP output type and a normally open (NO) output function, supporting a switching frequency of 2.5kHz. They operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 400mA. The output voltage drop is ? 1.5V at 400mA, and the sensors have a maximum ripple content of ? 10%. Designed for durability, these sensors come with short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive load protection. They are housed in nickel-plated brass with an M18 x 1 / L = 49mm dimension and weigh 55g. The active head is made of PBT, and the sensors are shielded for mounting. They feature a yellow LED indicator for output state and have a time delay before availability of ? 50ms. The AK6/AP-1H sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and a degree of protection rated at IP67. They are compliant with CE and UR approvals and meet EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2. Additionally, they are resistant to shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards. Each sensor comes with two M18x1 nuts for easy installation.
