The Datasensing AK6/AP-2A Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a compact M18 short unshielded design, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 8mm and an operating distance of 0 to 6.48mm, making them ideal for various industrial applications. The sensors are equipped with a PNP output type and a normally open (NO) output function, ensuring efficient signal processing with a switching frequency of 2kHz.
Constructed with a durable nickel-plated brass housing and an active head made of PBT, these sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and a mechanical protection rating of IP67. The sensors are equipped with a 2m PVC cable for easy connectivity and feature yellow LED indicators for output state visibility.
With a wide range of models available, including standard, long-distance, and ATEX category 3 models upon request, the AK6/AP-2A sensors offer versatility and adaptability to meet specific needs. Additional features include short-circuit protection, reverse polarity protection, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring reliable operation and longevity.
