Datasensing AM1/A0-1H Sensors

The Datasensing AM1/A0-1H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a compact M12 shielded design, these sensors are ideal for proximity detection with a nominal sensing distance of 2mm and an operating range of 0 to 1.62mm. They are equipped with a standard target size of 12x12mm FE360 and offer correction factors for various materials, including copper (0.3), aluminium (0.35), brass (0.5), and stainless steel (0.8). Engineered for durability, the sensors boast a thermal drift of Sr less than 10% and repeat accuracy under 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. With a hysteresis range of 1 to 20%, they ensure consistent performance. The sensors support both NPN and PNP output types with a normally open (NO) output function, and a switching frequency of 1.5kHz. They operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current capacity of 3 to 100mA. Designed for robust applications, these sensors feature short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive load protection. The housing is made from nickel-plated brass, ensuring a high degree of mechanical protection (IP67) and resistance to shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state and have a time delay before availability of ? 50ms.
