Datasensing AM1/A0-3A Sensors

The Datasensing AM1/A0-3A Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. With a nominal sensing distance of 4mm and an operating range of 0 to 3.2mm, these sensors are ideal for detecting standard targets of 12x12mm FE360. They feature a correction factor for various materials, including copper (0.42), aluminium (0.47), brass (0.55), and stainless steel (0.8), ensuring accurate detection across different surfaces. These sensors are equipped with a robust M12 standard flush mount and offer both NPN and PNP output types with a normally open (NO) output function. They operate at a switching frequency of 750Hz and support an operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. The sensors are designed to handle a load current of 3 to 100mA, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a leakage current of ? 0.8mA. The output voltage drop is minimal at ? 2.8V @100mA, and they can withstand a maximum ripple content of ? 10%.
