The Datasensing AM1/AP-2HAN Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for reliable proximity detection. Featuring an M12 unshielded design, these sensors operate with a nominal sensing distance of 4mm and an operating range of 0 to 3.2mm. They are equipped with a PNP output type and a normally open (NO) output function, ensuring efficient signal processing with a switching frequency of 2kHz.
Constructed from durable nickel-plated brass, the sensors are designed to withstand harsh environments, offering mechanical protection rated at IP67. They are suitable for use in explosive atmospheres, certified with II 3G Ex nA IIC T6 Gc and II 3D Ex tc IIIB T85°C Dc approvals. The sensors are equipped with advanced protection features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and protection against inductive loads.
The AM1/AP-2HAN sensors are easy to install with an M12 plug connection and come with two M12x1 nuts for secure mounting. They feature a yellow LED indicator for output state visibility and are designed to operate efficiently within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. With a low no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current capacity of ? 200mA, these sensors are energy-efficient and reliable for various industrial applications.
